At Liga we open a separate bank account for each building. And money from that account never goes to the needs of another building.

The money that comes into the account is not the management company's money. This is important to understand.

It is the residents' money, which they have entrusted to Liga. And with this money we create comfort, safety and beauty.

I hope that this year, together with Tochka bank, where most Liga buildings have their accounts, we will give residents online access to information about transactions on their building's account.

As if the building had a bank card, and every resident could see what the building paid for with it.
