Residents inspect the entrance halls themselves

Liga has a Telegram bot for assessing what condition our entrance halls are in.

A checklist that doesn't let you forget what to pay attention to during an inspection walk.

At first our housemasters did the rounds with the checklist. But at the end of 2018 we asked residents to do the walk themselves in exchange for bonus points. A housemaster may happen to photograph the nicest parts of the entrance hall, but a resident will show the worst part. And that is exactly what we need)

The results are excellent; the zone of comfort and responsibility is expanding. A quote from a review: "I see the condition of the entrance hall and I see my comments being fixed. And if you do the walk with friends or with your child (as I do), you develop a sense of being part of the condition of the building we live in, and you really don't feel like littering)"
